A Study on the Constructing of the People’s Navy before and after the Founding of New China (1949-1956)

1949至1956年,人民海军在中国共产党领导下,始终坚持实事求是的思想路线,将装备建设、人才培养、技术学习贯穿全局,逐步形成了具有军种特色的创建道路。同时,该创建过程也彰显了其独特的品质特征,即在根本原则上坚持党的领导与顶层设计相结合;在战略方针上坚持实事求是与灵活发展相结合;在人才教育层面坚持重要性与多元性相结合;在发展模式上坚持自力更生与取长补短相结合。

From 1949 to 1956,under the leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the People's Liberation Army Navy always sticks to the ideological line of seeking truth from facts,carried out naval equipment construction,personnel training and technical learning throughout the overall construction of the Navy,and gradually formed a construction road with service characteristics.At the same time,the process of establishing the PLA Navy also showed its unique characteristics,that is,the combination of solid party leadership and top-level design in the fundamental principle;In the strategic principle always adhere to the combination of seeking truth from facts and flexible development;At the level of talent education,we always adhere to the combination of importance and diversity.In the development model,we always adhere to the combination of self-reliance and learning from each other.
