摘要 为探究自贡市水资源与当地经济和生态环境之间的发展关系,采用熵权topsis模型对自贡市2016—2020年的水资源承载力进行研究分析,从水资源供给、水资源消耗、社会经济、生态环境四个方面探究对水资源承载力的影响。结果表明除了2017年水资源承载力小幅度降低以外,2016—2020年自贡市水资源承载力总体呈稳定上升状态,但水资源承载力水平总体处于Ⅲ级属于临界可承载状态,水资源压力依然严峻。从统计数据分析自贡市属于资源型缺水城市,农业用水率、耗水率、第一产业GDP占比、城镇化率、生态用水率等5个指标为阻碍水资源承载力提升的障碍因素。 In order to explore the development relationship between water resources in Zigong City and the local economy and ecological environment,the entropy weight topsis model was used to study and analyze the water resources carrying capacity of Zigong City from 2016 to 2020.The influence on water resources carrying capacity is explored from four aspects:water resources supply,water resources consumption,social economy and ecological environment.The results show that except for a small decrease in water resources carrying capacity in 2017,the overall water resources carrying capacity in Zigong City has increased steadily from 2016 to 2020,but the level of water resources carrying capacity in Grade III is in a critical state,and the pressure on water resources is still severe.According to the statistical data,Zigong is a resource-based water shortage city.Agricultural water consumption rate,water consumption rate,GDP proportion of primary industry,urbanization rate and ecological water use rate are the obstacle factors that hinder the improvement of water resources carrying capacity.
