长江流域节水分区推进策略研究

Studies on approaches of water saving zoning in the Yangtze River Basin

节水是破解长江流域各种水问题的关键举措。针对长江流域节水现状和问题,研究提出流域节水工作要突出区域特征,按照6个节水分区明确各分区的节水方向和重点任务;综合运用政府管控、市场调节、公众参与等3种手段协同推进流域节水工作。

Water conservation is a critical measure to tackle various water issues in the Yangtze River Basin.In view of the current situation and challenges,it is proposed to highlight the characteristics of water conservation in the river basin.The study suggests to specify the targets and tasks of each region according to the division of six water-saving regions.Integration of three measures of government supervision,market regulation and public participation are suggested in order to promote water conservation in the basin.
