高铁效应研究

Research on High-speed Railway Effects

针对“高铁效应”这一高铁经济研究领域的重点热点问题,本文基于对中国高铁建设发展实践及其产生经济社会影响的梳理分析提出高铁效应的内涵和分类,从高铁技术经济等五方面特性出发阐析高铁效应及其产生机理,进而从推动高铁高质量发展的视角提出合理发挥高铁效应的对策建议。

This paper puts forward the connotations and classifications of the effects produced by high-speed railways by analyzing practices and the resulting economic and social impact of China’s high speed railway construction and development.It presents high-speed railway effects and the mechanism producing them from five aspects such as high speed railway’s technical characteristics and economic characteristics,thereby further proposes measures and suggestions for reasonably exerting these effects with a view to promoting high-quality development of high speed railways.
