铁路混凝土工程施工质量验收标准主要创新

Major Innovations in Standard for Constructional Quality Acceptance of Railway Concrete Engineering

现行《铁路混凝土工程施工质量验收标准》(TB10424—2010)实施以来,为保证铁路工程建设质量起到了至关重要的作用。近年来铁路建设特别是高铁建设积累了丰富的实践经验,专业技术水平不断提高,验收方法和监测设备也不断推陈出新,而验标在实施过程中暴露出了资料填写工作量大、部分验收程序规定不合理、个别验收项目确定不科学、新材料验收项目缺失等问题。本次修订从简化验收程序、调整验收数量、优化验收项目、强化验收手段、注重过程控制和简化验收资料几方面进行了创新,便于更好的控制混凝土工程的施工质量。

Since the implementation of the current Standard for Constructional Quality Acceptance of Railway Concrete Engineering(TB 10424—2010),it has played a vital role in guaranteeing the constructional quality of railway engineering.In recent years,Chinese railway construction,especially high-speed railway,has accumula-ted a wealth of practical experience.The level of its professional skills has been continuously upgraded.The ac-ceptance methods and monitoring equipment have been constantly innovated.However,during the implementation process of the acceptance standard,many problems have been exposed.For example,the workload of data filling is tremendous.The stipulations of some acceptance procedures are not reasonable.A few acceptance items are not defined in a scientific way.Acceptance items of new materials are missing.The revision this time has innovated in the following aspects:streamlining acceptance procedures,adjusting the amount of acceptance,optimizing ac-ceptance items,enhancing means of acceptance,emphasizing process control and simplifying acceptance data.It will facilitate better control of the construction quality of concrete engineering.
