近日,国家铁路局发布《铁路工程工程量清单规范》(简称《规范》),自2020年6月1日正式实施。原铁道部发布《铁路工程工程量清单计价指南(土建部分)》(铁建设〔2007〕108号)和《铁路工程工程量清单计价指南(四电部分)》(铁建设〔2009〕126号)(简称《指南》)同时废止。国家铁路局有关专家就相关问题做了专家解读。
Recently,China's National Railway Administration(hereinafter referred to as NRA)released Specifications on the Bill of Quantities for Railway Engineering(The Specifications for short)which will be implemented from June 1st,2020.The Pricing Guidance for the Bill of Quantities for Railway Engineering(Part of Civil Engineering)and The Pricing Guidance for the Bill of Quantities for Railway Engineering(Part of Several Electrical Engineering①)(The Guidance for short)issued by the former Ministry of Railways has been repealed simultaneously.Herein the NRA experts will expound some relevant questions.
