假丝酵母感染及其深部器官感染影像学诊断的研究进展

摘要 近年来真菌感染已成为临床上一类重要的疾病,对人类健康造成了严重的威胁。其中,假丝酵母是临床上最常见的真菌病原体,由假丝酵母引起的深部器官感染致死率高达45%。快速精准的诊断真菌感染类型,将有利于降低假丝酵母感染的病死率。利用影像学手段快速诊断真菌感染类型,将为假丝酵母感染的治疗提供重要参考,有利于早确诊早治疗,降低病死率。本文将对近年来国内外在假丝酵母的深部器官感染的流行病学、生物学特征及影像学诊断等方面的研究进展进行系统的综述,综合临床与基础研究的最新进展,为国内同行进行相关研究和医院内真菌感染的防控提供参考。 Fungal infection has become a major clinical disease in recent years, leading a serious threat to human health. As the most common species of fungal pathogens, Candida species can result in deep organ infection which brings the mortality rate to as high as 45%. Rapid and accurate identification of the species of fungi causing infection may facilitate the reduction of mortality of Candida infection. The use of imaging techniques for rapid diagnosis of type of fungal infection may provide important reference for treatment of Candida infection, facilitate early diagnosis and treatment and reduce the mortality. The article conducts a systematic review with respect to the progress of study on epidemiological and biological characteristics of deep organ infections caused by Candida species as well as radiographic diagnosis both in China and abroad in recent years, in combination with latest progress on clinical and basic research, so as to provide reference for relevant research and prevention and control of nosocomial fungal infections.
