安徽省96所医院感控人员岗位胜任力现状及影响因素 被引量:7

Current situation and influencing factors of post competency of infection prevention and control practitioners from 96 hospitals in Anhui Province

摘要 目的 了解安徽省感控人员岗位胜任力现状并分析其影响因素。方法 于2020年9月-2021年1月使用一般资料调查表、医院安全文化测量量表和感控人员岗位胜任力自评量表对安徽省96所医院449名感控人员进行调查。结果 感控人员岗位胜任力总分为(248.61±39.88)分,条目均分为(5.29±0.85)分,4个维度条目均分从高到低依次为个人特征品质(5.71±0.90)分、组织协作能力(5.50±0.88)分、感控基本技能(5.12±1.07)分和专业发展能力(4.94±0.95)分。多元线性逐步回归显示,聘用方式、感控人员从业证书、个人平均月收入和医院安全文化是感控人员岗位胜任力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 安徽省感控人员岗位胜任力总体处于中等偏上水平,医疗机构及相关管理部门可以从聘用方式、感控人员从业证书、个人平均月收入和医院安全文化为切入点,进一步提高感控人员的岗位胜任力。 OBJECTIVE To understand the current situation of post competency of infection prevention and control practitioners in Anhui Province and analyze its influencing factors. METHODS From Sep 2020 to Jan 2021, a survey was conducted for 449 infection prevention and control practitioners from 96 hospitals in Anhui Province by using the general information questionnaire, the hospital safety culture measurement scale and the infection prevention and control practitioners post competency self-assessment scale. RESULTS The overall post competency of infection prevention and control practitioners was(248.61±39.88) points, and the mean score of each item was(5.29±0.85) points. The items of 4 dimensions, from the highest to the lowest, were as the following: personal characteristics and qualities(5.71±0.90) points, cooperation ability(5.50±0.88) points, basic skills for infection prevention and control practitioners(5.12±1.07) points and professional development ability(4.94±0.95)points. Multivariate linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the employment method, certification, average monthly income and hospital safety culture were the influencing factors for the post competency of infection prevention and control practitioners(P<0.05). CONCLUSION In Anhui Province, the overall post competency of infection prevention and control practitioners is at a medium to high level. Managers can further improve the job competency of infection prevention and control practitioners by taking the employment method, the certification, the average monthly income of individuals and the hospital safety culture as the entry points.
