摘要
本文研究了以活性翠蓝酯化废水中的对位酯和硫酸为活性黑KNB重氮化时的原料,分离了对位酯中水解的对位油,以提高对位酯的纯度和提高重氮化收率、减少活性黑KNB中对氯苯胺的含量,评价其产品质量和成本。
The 4-(β-sulfatoethylsulfonyl)aniline(p-ester)and sulfuric acid from the esterification wastewater of Reactive Turquoise Blue were researched to be used as raw materials of Reactive Black KNB diazo,and the p-oil hydrolyzed was separated from the p-ester to improve the purity of the p-ester and the yield of diazo,and to reduce the content of p-chloroaniline in Reactive Black KNB,and to evaluate the product quality and cost.
