摘要
本文介绍了一种4-氨基-N-丁基邻苯二甲酰亚胺的合成方法。以苯酐和正丁胺为原料,合成了N-丁基邻苯二甲酰亚胺,然后采用混酸硝化一锅法工艺合成4-硝基-N-丁基邻苯二甲酰亚胺。考察了物料配比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对反应的影响。在最优条件下,4-硝基-N-丁基邻苯二甲酰亚胺的含量达到97%以上,总收率达到90%以上。
A new synthetic process of 4-amino-N-butylphthalimide was introduced in this paper.Using phthalic anhydride and n-butylamine as raw materials,N-butylphthalimide was synthesized,and then 4-nitro-N-butylphthalimide was synthesized by mixed acid nitration and one-pot process.The effects of material ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time and other factors on the reaction were investigated.Under the optimal conditions,the purity of 4-nitro-N-butylphthalimide was over 97%,and the total yield was over 90%.
