采取全面摸底和典型调研相结合的方式,通过对安徽省排涝泵站现状、排涝水费收取情况及管理体制改革现状的全面分析,探索取消收取排涝水费,进一步推动全省排涝泵站管理体制改革的新思路,以更好地发挥排涝泵站的防灾减灾效益,为全省乡村振兴战略实施提供更加坚实的水利支撑。

Through comprehensive analysis of the current situation by means of general survey and investigation of typical areas, explore the way to stop the collection of charges for drainage water, and promote reform of management system, so as to maximize benefits of disaster prevention and reduction and provide a concrete support for the Rural Revitalization Strategy in Anhui province.
