多规合一背景下安宁市凤仪村乡村绿地景观设计

Landscape Design of Rural Green Space in Fengyi Village of Anning City Under the Background of Multi-Plan Integration

“多规合一实用性村庄规划”的提出解决了过去乡村地区在规划建设时存在的各级规划并行,各类规划互相冲突、不成体系等问题,“多规合一”在乡村地区的应用落实也成为了当下乡村建设的研究热点。通过对“多规合一”与乡村绿地之间关系的研究,结合安宁市凤仪村现状,运用“多规合一”的理念与技术,将村庄社会经济发展规划、村庄风貌整治、生态环境治理、土地集约利用与乡村绿地景观设计相结合,进行了凤仪村中心公园,道路绿地和重要空间节点的景观设计。结果表明:设计实现了人与自然的平衡,产业与绿化的结合,改善了乡村人居环境,推动了乡村健康可持续发展,以期为类似地区在乡村绿地景观改造上落实“多规合一”的有关要求提供有益参考。

The proposal of "multi-plan integrated practical village planning" has solved the problems of parallel planning at all levels,conflicts between various plans and no system in the planning and construction of rural areas in the past.The application and implementation of "multi-plan integration" in rural areas has also become a research hotspot in current rural construction.Through the research on the relationship between "multi-plan integration" and rural green space,combined with the current situation of Fengyi Village in Anning City,this paper uses the concept and technology of "multi-plan integration" to integrate the social and economic development planning of the village,the improvement of the village styles and the ecological environment.Combined with environmental governance,intensive land use and rural green space landscape design,the landscape design of the central park,road green space and important space nodes of Fengyi Village was carried out.It has achieved the balance between human and nature as well as the combination of industry and greening,improved the rural living environment,and promoted the healthy and sustainable development of rural areas.It is expected to provide useful reference for implementing the relevant requirements of "integration of multiple plans" in the transformation of rural green landscape in similar areas.
