变温条件下侧柏种子发芽特性分析 被引量:1

摘要 侧柏对生存的第一环境的温度适应性强,在发芽生长阶段可以适应大范围的温度变化,而在果实生长成熟的条件下目标种子可以在更低温的环境下完成种子萌发。在将温度环境设置为实验变量的前提下,将侧柏种子作为实验对象等量分为4组:A1、A2、B1、B2。A1组内实验对象所经受的温度变量控制范围大(最高温变量范围为25.2~20.8℃),变温操作后的恒温环境持续1 d;B1组内实验对象所经受的温度变量控制将最高温变量恒定为22.8℃。此外组别的1、2差异由实验人员设定为光照水平,其中1组别下的A、B小组实验环境被指定为全光照,反之2组别下的A、B小组实验环境被指定为暗室环境。结果表明:A1实验组内侧柏种子发芽数量明显增多;B1实验组内的侧柏种子芽株成长速度具备相较于其他组别更显著的优势,不仅发芽指数数值优越,同时种子本身的生物活性也被更好的激发;整体实验对象发芽数目的峰值均出现在实验开始后的第14d,故在温度变量恒定时,光照要素并不会对实验对象的发芽与否产生决定性影响。 Platycladus orientalis has a strong adaptability to the temperature of the first environment in which it lives.Especially,it can adapt to a wide range of temperature changes in the germinating and growing stage,and the target seeds can complete seed germination in a lower temperature environment when the fruit is growing and mature.Under the premise that the temperature environment was set as the experimental variable,the experimenter divided the Platycladus platycladus seeds into four groups with equal amount,which were named as A1,A2,B1 and B2 respectively.In group A1,the subjects were subjected to a wide range of temperature variables(the maximum temperature variable ranged from 25.2 ℃ to 20.8 ℃),and the constant temperature environment lasted for 1 day after the variable temperature operation.The temperature variable controlled by the experimental subjects in group B1 kept the maximum temperature variable constant at 22.8 ℃.In addition,the difference between groups 1 and 2 was set as the light level by the experimenter.The experimental environment of group A and B under group 1 was designated as full light,whereas the experimental environment of group A and B under group 2 was designated as dark room.After the end of the experiment,the number of seeds germinated in experimental group A1 increased significantly;Compared with other groups,the growth rate of the seed buds of Platycladus platycladus in the B1 experimental group was more significant,not only the germination index value was superior,but also the biological activity of the seeds was better stimulated.The peak germination number of the whole experimental subjects all appeared on the 14 d after the beginning of the experiment,so when the temperature variable was constant,the light element did not have a decisive impact on the germination of the experimental subjects.
