杉木优良无性系组培苗增值系数提升技术研究

Research on the Technology of Improving the Value-Added Coefficient of Tissue Culture Seedlings of Cunninghamia lanceolata Superior Clones

摘要 以杉木020无性系组培苗为材料,采用正交试验设计筛选020无性系组培苗的最优增值系数提升配方,研究不同生长调节剂浓度配比组合对无性系光合色素和叶绿素荧光特性的影响。结果表明:杉木020无性系最优组合为1.7 mg/L6-BA+0.03 mg/L核黄素+0.25 mg/L,6-BA是影响无性系增值系数、光合色含量的主要因素,NAA在增值系数促进中不属于主导因素,但高浓度NAA对无性系Fv、Fm、Fv/Fm值有一定抑制作用。 Using the tissue culture seedlings of Cunninghamia lanceolata 020 clones as materials,the optimum formula for increasing the value-added coefficient of the tissue culture seedlings of Cunninghamia lanceolata 020 clones was screened by orthogonal design,and the effects of different combinations of growth regulators on the photosynthetic pigments and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of the clones were studied.The results showed that the optimal combination of Cunninghamia lanceolata 020 clones was 1.7 mg/L6-BA+0.03 mg/L riboflavin+0.25 mg/L.6-BA was the main factor affecting the clone increment coefficient and photosynthetic color content.NAA was not the dominant factor in the promotion of increment coefficient,but high concentration of NAA inhibited the values of Fv,Fm and Fv/Fm of clones.
