摘要
容器育苗技术是指将培养土等养分基质装入特定的容器中,利用容器开展育苗工作。而依托容器育苗培养油松能够有效提高油松的成活率与生长率。采用随机分区实验法,选取树龄在20~40年的油松母树采取树种,研究不同容器基质性质与苗木生长及生理特性的关系,对比了苗木的形态指标、生长速率、微生物含量等数据。结果表明:最优培育油松容器育苗的基质配方为有机肥料50%、炉灰渣60%。
Container seedling technology refers to the culture soil and other nutrient matrix into a specific container.The container is used to carry out seedling work.The survival rate and growth rate of Pinus tabulaeformis can be effectively improved by using container seedling culture.Taking Pinus tabulaeformis container seedling matrix relationship between seedling growth and physiological characteristics as the research object,experimental method of random partition is used to select 20 to 40 years of Pinus tabulaeformis seed tree species.This paper studies different container matrix properties and the relationship between the seedling growth and physiological characteristics.By comparing the morphological index,growth rate,microbial content and other data of seedlings,it was concluded that the optimal matrix formula for cultivating Pinus tabulaeformis seedlings in containers was 50% organic fertilizer and 60% furnace ash.It is suggested that this matrix formula should be widely used in the cultivation and planting of Pinus tabulaeformis nationwide.
