基于GIS的西安地名文化景观分布及其成因分析

Analysis of Characteristics and Causes of Place Names Landscape Based on GIS Approach in Xi’an City

地名具有很强的地域性,承载着一定地域历史时期以来的地理、历史或文化状况,具有一定的研究价值。采用分类统计法和ARCGIS技术,分析了西安市各行政级别的地名文化景观特征及其成因,结果发现:(1)自然景观类地名中,地理方位类地名最为活跃;地形地貌、水文和动植物类地名与西安的自然地理特征相吻合,多沿河流、山脉分布;(2)人文景观类地名有关姓氏类的地名最多,与人口密度有一定关系;经济类、军防类、美愿类和宗教类地名文化景观特征明显,体现了西安深厚的历史文化底蕴。此结果对探索西安历史时期社会经济发展状况有借鉴意义。

Place names have strong regional characteristics,bearing geographical,historical or cultural conditions since a certain regional historical period,which has a certain research value.In this paper,the characteristics and causes of cultural landscape of toponym of different administrative levels in Xi’an City are analyzed by using classified statistics and GIS technology.The results showed that:(1) among natural landscape geographical names,geographical location geographical names are the most active;Landform,hydrology,animal and plant place names are consistent with the natural geographical characteristics of Xi’an City,which are mostly distributed along rivers and mountains.(2) The place names of cultural landscape are the most related to surnames,which has a certain relationship with population density;The cultural landscape characteristics of economic,military defense,beauty wish and religious place names are obvious,which reflects the profound historical and cultural heritage of Xi’an City.The research has reference significance for exploring the social and economic development of Xi’an City in the historical period.
