中国铁路客站无障碍环境建设的发展与思考

Development and Reflection on Barrier-Free Environment Construction of Railway Station in China

铁路客站无障碍环境建设标志着一个城市的文明和开放程度,本文结合工作实践和调研中发现的问题,简单梳理了中国铁路客站无障碍设施的发展历程,分析了目前中国铁路客站无障碍环境存在问题的原因和特征,从无障碍固定设施、移动设施、服务和政策四个方面提出了改进铁路客站系统化无障碍环境的建议,籍此为客站规划建设者们提供有益的帮助。

The barrier-free environment construction of railway station represents the civilization and openness of a city.This paper has described the development of barrier-free facilities in railway stations in China by combing the problems found in practice and investigation.Then it has also analyzed the causes and characteristics of the existing problems in barrier-free environment of railway stations in China.Furthermore,in order to provide assistance for railway station designers,this paper has also put forward some suggestions to improve the systematic barrier-free environment of railway station from four aspects,including fixed and mobile barrier-free facilities,related services,and policies.
