摘要
目的:分析品管圈活动对降低心电监护异常值报警参数设置不准确率的应用效果。方法:选取2019年6月~2020年6月本院收治的100例心电监护患者开展本次试验研究,组建品管圈活动小组,分析影响数据的原因,制定并实施具有针对性的解决方法。将针对性策略实施前的50例患者划分为对照组,将实施后的另50例患者划分为观察组,分析应用效果。结果:与对照组的心电监护异常值报警参数设置不准确率16.00%相比,观察组4.00%明显偏低,有效报警率96.00%明显高于对照组的82.00%,误报警率4.00%低于对照组的18.00%,管理满意度98.00%高于对照组的82.00%,组间数据对比存在较大差异(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈活动的应用有利于对心电监护异常值报警参数设置不准确率进行降低,有利于提升患者满意度。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of quality control circle activities on reducing the inaccuracy rate of abnormal value alarm parameter settings in ECG monitoring.Methods:100 ECG monitoring patients admitted in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected to carry out this experimental study,and a quality control circle activity team was formed to analyze the reasons affecting the data,and formulate and implement targeted solutions.The 50 patients before the implementation of the targeted strategy were divided into the reference group,and the other 50 patients after the implementation were divided into the study group to analyze the application effect.Results:Compared with the reference group’s ECG monitoring abnormal value alarm parameter setting inaccuracy rate of 16.00%,the study group’s 4.00%was significantly lower,the effective alarm rate of 96.00%was significantly higher than the reference group’s 82.00%,and the false alarm rate of 4.00%was lower than the reference group.The group’s 18.00%and management satisfaction rate of 98.00%were higher than those of the reference group’s 82.00%.There was a big difference in data comparison between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of quality control circle activities is beneficial to reduce the inaccuracy rate of abnormal value alarm parameter settings of ECG monitoring,and is beneficial to improve patient satisfaction.
