经阴道超声检查和腹部超声检查在异位妊娠诊断的应用分析

Application Analysis of Transvaginal Ultrasonography and Abdominal Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的:分析通过经阴道超声检查和腹部超声检查技术诊断异位妊娠的应用效果。方法:对本院2016年8月~2018年8月收治的46例异位妊娠患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,比较不同超声诊断异位妊娠的确诊率和漏诊率。结果:腹部超声与经阴道超声检查联合检查诊断异位妊娠的确诊率为97.83%,漏诊率为2.17%;联合检查的确诊率高于经阴道超声检查、腹部超声,漏诊率低于经阴道超声检查、腹部超声,对比存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。腹部超声确诊32例(69.57%),漏诊14例(30.43%)。经阴道超声检查确诊40例(86.96%),漏诊6例(13.04%)。联合检查确诊45例(97.83%),漏诊1例(2.17%);腹部超声检查下患者满意度为76.09%(36例),阴道超声检查下患者满意度为82.61%(38例),腹部超声与经阴道超声检查联合检查下患者的满意度为97.83%(45例),联合检查下患者满意度较高,组间差异显著,P<0.05。结论:腹部超声与经阴道超声检查联合检查诊断异位妊娠的确诊率高、漏诊率低。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of transvaginal ultrasonography and abdominal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:The clinical data of 46 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were retrospectively analyzed,and the diagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of different ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy were compared.Results:The combined diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy by abdominal ultrasonography and transvaginal ultrasonography had a positive rate of 97.83% and a missed diagnosis rate of 2.17%.The diagnosis rate of combined examination was higher than that of transvaginal ultrasonography and abdominal ultrasonography,and the missed diagnosis rate was lower than that of transvaginal ultrasonography and abdominal ultrasonography,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Abdominal ultrasonography confirmed 32 cases(69.57%)and missed diagnosis in 14 cases(30.43%).40 cases(86.96%)were diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasonography,and 6 cases(13.04%)were missed.Combined examination confirmed 45 cases(97.83%)and missed 1 case(2.17%);The patient satisfaction under abdominal ultrasonography was 76.09%(36 cases),the patient satisfaction under transvaginal ultrasonography was 82.61%(38 cases),and the patient satisfaction under combined abdominal ultrasonography and transvaginal ultrasonography was 97.83%(45 cases),the patient satisfaction was higher under the joint examination,and the difference between the groups was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:The combined examination of abdominal ultrasonography and transvaginal ultrasonography has a high diagnostic rate and a low missed diagnosis rate in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
