经皮肾镜联合软性膀胱镜治疗复杂性肾结石的结石清除率探讨

Study on Stone Clearance Rate of Percutaneous Nephroscopy Combined with Flexible Cystoscopy in the Treatment of Complex Renal Calculi

目的:探讨分析经皮肾镜联合软性膀胱镜治疗复杂性肾结石的结石清除率情况。方法:利用随机抽选的方式,选取2019年4月~2020年4月某院收治的复杂性肾结石患者共计82例,将其平均分为观察组(41例,经皮肾镜联合软性膀胱镜治疗方法)与对照组(41例,经皮肾镜治疗方法),对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、一次结石清除率、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组在手术出血量、手术时间、住院时间方面均好于对照组,两组对比差异性显著(P<0.05);观察组结石清除率达到95.12%,相较于对照组的75.60%明显偏高,组间对比有意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率2.43%相较于对照组的14.63%明显较低,两组对比差异性显著(P<0.05);观察组治疗满意度97.56%(40/41),相较于对照组的78.04%(32/41)明显偏高,组间对比有意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床治疗复杂性肾结石疾病时,利用经皮肾镜联合软性膀胱镜治疗干预方法可提高临床治疗效果,缩短患者的住院时间,强化患者的一次性结石清除效率,使患者尽早恢复健康。

Objective:To investigate and analyze the stone clearance rate of percutaneous nephroscopy combined with soft bladder neck in the treatment of complex renal calculi.Methods:Using random selection,a total of 82 patients with complicated renal calculi admitted to a hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected,and they were equally divided into the observation group(41 cases,percutaneous nephroscopy).Combined with flexible cystoscopy treatment method and the control group(41 cases,percutaneous nephroscopic treatment method).The clinical treatment effect,primary stone clearance rate,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The experimental group was better than the control group in the amount of bleeding,operation time and hospital stay.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);The stone clearance rate in the experimental group was 95.12%,which was significantly higher than 75.60%in the reference group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 2.43%,which was significantly lower than 14.63%in the reference group(P<0.05);The treatment satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.56%(40/41),which was significantly higher than that of the reference group 78.04%(32/41).The comparison between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of complex kidney stone diseases,the use of percutaneous nephroscopy combined with soft bladder neck treatment intervention can improve the clinical treatment effect,shorten the hospitalization time of patients,strengthen the one-time stone removal efficiency of patients,and make patients recover to health as soon as possible.
