医院作为带有部分公益性质的事业单位,设备档案进行精细化管理具有更加积极的意义,能够为其他工作提供基础。从当前的实际情况可知,在很多医院中对于设备档案的管理工作非常重视,但尚存很多问题,伴随着医疗改革的不断推进,医院设备档案管理工作中的问题进一步显现,如果没有制定出完善的解决措施,则会对其发展产生严重的阻碍。文章针对相关内容展开综合讨论与分析,阐述医院设备档案管理的重要性,列举医院设备档案精细化管理模式,探讨医院设备档案精细化管理的问题,并提供了医院设备档案精细化管理的优化措施。希望通过针对相关内容的研究,能够为我国的实际发展提供动力。

Refined management of equipment archives providing a basis for other tasks of hospital which is a public institution with some public welfare nature has a positive significance nowadays.Current real situation shows that most of hospitals work for management of equipment archives very seriously,but there are still many problems which are tougher and will be the highlighted obstacle without perfect solution for development of hospital along with the advancement of medical reform.In this study,we launched a comprehensive analysis and discussion of this key issue.We explained the importance and listed several models of refined management of equipment archives of hospital,discussed the problems we faced in medical reform and provided the optimal measures to solve these problems with the hope for providing impetus of the development of our country.
