摘要
对某医药集团山西有限公司的自动化立体仓库布局进行了设计与规划。通过该公司往年的物流流量,确定要设计的仓库的容量和规模,用系统布置设计(SLP)对其功能区布局进行规划设计,继而用因素分析法选出最优布局方案。最后用FLEXSIM仿真软件对本仓库的入库能力进行建模仿真,观察其运作情况。结果表明,该立体仓库布局规划基本合理,只是仓库入库效率相对较低,在后期的布局规划中应进一步对其优化。
The automated three-dimensional warehouse is a typical representative of the increasing automation and informationization,which is characterized by space saving,intelligent operation,convenience and time saving.This paper designs and plans the layout of an automated three-dimensional warehouse of a pharmaceutical group Shanxi Co.Through the logistics flow of this company in previous years,the capacity and scale of the warehouse to be designed are determined,and the layout of its functional areas is planned and designed with System Layout Design(SLP),followed by the optimal layout scheme selected with the factor analysis method.Finally,the inbound capacity of this warehouse is modeled and simulated with FLEXSIM simulation software to observe its operation.The results show that the layout planning of this warehouse is basically reasonable,but the efficiency of warehouse entry is relatively low,and it should be further optimized in the later layout planning.
