摘要
压缩机是冶金、石油化工等工业部门广泛使用的大型关键设备,是整个工厂的心脏,在生产中发挥着极其重要的作用,其工作的安全性和可靠性对整个工业系统的正常运行起着决定性的作用。通过分析造成压缩机喘振的原因,提出了三种不同的压缩机防喘振技术改进方案,并详细阐述了防喘振结构、对比不同结构的改进优点,以供参考。
Compressor is a large key equipment widely used in metallurgy,petrochemical and other industrial sectors,is the heart of the whole plant,plays an extremely important role in the production,the safety and reliability of its work plays a decisive role in the normal operation of the entire industrial system.Through the analysis of the causes of compressor surge,three different compressor anti-surge technology improvement program,and detailed anti-surge structure,compared with the different structure of the advantages of improvement,for reference.
