摘要
根据排岩机生产能力的要求,结合排岩机工作现场的环境和条件,在排料臂输送系统的生产能力参数已经确定的基础上,对工作过程中排料臂输送机受到的运行阻力进行计算,根据计算结果初步确定了排料臂输送机驱动电机的功率。最后对电机类型和安装位置进行对比讨论,结合排料臂的实际工作情况决定采用永磁直驱电机和头部集中驱动方式。
According to the requirements of the production capacity of the rock discharging machine,combined with the environment and conditions of the working site of the rock discharging machine,on the basis of the production capacity parameters of the discharge arm conveyor system have been determined,the running resistance to the discharge arm conveyor during the working process is calculated,and the power of the drive motor of the discharge arm conveyor is initially determined according to the calculation results.Finally,the motor type and installation position are compared and discussed,and the permanent magnet direct drive motor and head centralized drive method are decided in combination with the actual working condition of the discharge arm.
