摘要 为了满足工业用煤对煤炭品质的要求,重介质选煤技术以其极易操作和高效率的特性大受欢迎。毅腾选煤厂针对原有的重介悬浮液密度采用人工操控,干预性强,调节灵活性低,精煤损失大的问题,基于PLC控制系统设计了重介洗选自动调节系统,实现对悬浮液密度、煤泥含量、介质桶液位的自动检测与控制,降低了岗位司机的劳动强度和介质消耗,优化了洗煤作业过程,提高了密度控制精度,满足了洗选煤过程控制要求。 In order to meet the requirements of coal quality for industrial coal,the heavy media coal separation technology is very popular for its easy operation and high efficiency.Yiteng coal processing plant uses manual control for the original density of heavy media suspension,which is highly interventional,low flexibility of adjustment,and large loss of fine coal.Based on the PLC control system,we designed the automatic adjustment system for heavy media washing,which can realize the automatic detection and control of suspension density,coal sludge content and media barrel level,reduce the labor intensity and media consumption of post drivers,optimize the coal washing operation process,improve the density control accuracy,and meet the control requirements of coal washing and beneficiation process.
