Lean Management Boosts High Quality Economic Development of State-owned Coal Enterprises

国有企业作为国民经济的支柱,面对竞争激烈的市场经济局势,应该以企业利润最大化为经营目标,以创新改革为路径,以精益化管理为抓手,激发国企内生发展活力,实现国有企业经济的高质量发展。介绍了国有煤炭企业实施精益化管理应遵循的基本原则,分析了国有煤炭企业精益化管理的实施路径,通过精益化管理加快企业产业结构转型升级的步伐。

As a pillar of the national economy,state-owned enterprises(SOEs)should take profit maximization as their management goal,innovation and reform as their path,and lean management as their grip,in order to stimulate the endogenous development of SOEs and achieve high-quality economic development of SOEs.This paper introduces the basic principles for implementing lean management in state-owned coal enterprises,and analyses the implementation path of lean management in state-owned coal enterprises to accelerate the pace of transformation and upgrading of their industrial structure through lean management.
