在高压用电用户进行用电申请时,其业扩报装的时间和速度直接影响着供电企业在业务办理过程中的服务质量和服务水平,并且直接影响着供电企业的电能营销水平。通过分析现阶段高压用地按客户在进行业扩报装流程中存在的问题,提出了优化供电企业业扩报装流程的相应措施,提升高压用电用户在办理业扩报装时的工作效率,提升供电企业的营销水平。
