摘要
研发了玻璃温室天沟连接使用的节能型变径断桥式螺栓,运用数值模拟的方法研究了该螺栓的变形及传热过程,用公式计算的方法计算了该螺栓的传热量,确定了该螺栓的抗拉强度。研究结果表明,该变径断桥式螺栓相对于普通的钢制螺栓保温性能提高了96.4%,抗拉强度为22.57 MPa,能够满足天沟连接的强度需求。
An energy-saving vario-bridging bolt was developed for the connection of glass greenhouse gutter.The deformation and heat transfer process of the bolt were studied by numerical simulation,and the heat transfer of the bolt was calculated by equation.The results of the study showed that the heat insulation performance of the reducer bolt was improved by 96.4%compared with that of the ordinary steel bolt,and the tensile strength was 22.57 MPa,which could meet the strength requirements of the gutter connection.
