摘要
以多晶硅生产期间所使用的换热器工况为研究对象,该换热器属于立式的固定管板式,采取三氯氢硅作为管束的介质,循环冷却水作为管程介质。在换热器使用过程中,会由于焊接不牢固、内外压力与温度差异性等因素,影响其稳定运行状态。因此分析换热器的腐蚀情况,提出防腐措施对于化工作业的顺利实施有着十分重要的意义和作用。
The heat exchanger used during the production of polysilicon is a vertical fixed tube and plate type heat exchanger,which takes silicon trichloride as the medium for the tube bundle and circulating cooling water as the medium for the tube process.In the process of heat exchanger use,it can be due to poor welding,internal and external pressure and temperature differences and other factors,affecting its stable operating conditions.Therefore,the analysis of the heat exchanger corrosion situation,put forward anti-corrosion measures for the smooth implementation of chemical operations has a very important significance and role.
