摘要
通过对三车间洗选出的中煤进行可选性分析,同时考虑到中煤再洗出灰分为12.5%的精煤通过转运线配煤实现综合效益最大化的现实需求,提出了在三车间增加中煤再洗工艺流程以回收中煤中的高灰精煤的再洗改造方案。应用此方案对中煤再洗工艺流程改造后,可实现工艺流程的再分选,扩大原系统的实际洗选产能。同时通过技术改造使得系统更为灵活,企业获得更好的经济效益和社会效益。
By analyzing the selectivity of the washed medium coal in the third workshop,and considering the realistic demand of rewashing the medium coal with 12.5%ash to maximize the comprehensive benefit through coal distribution in the transfer line,a rewashing modification plan of adding the medium coal rewashing process in the third workshop to recover the high ash fine coal in the medium coal is proposed.The application of this solution to the re-washing process of Chinese coal can achieve the re-sorting of the process and expand the actual washing capacity of the original system.At the same time,the technical transformation makes the system more flexible and the enterprise obtains better economic and social benefits.
