摘要
7 m焦炉拦焦车取门装置主要功能是开闭7 m焦炉焦侧炭化室炉门。从工作原理出发,识别出工作过程中的两种极限工况:取下炉门和挂取炉门回到初始位置。通过有限元分析研究,对两种极限工况下取门装置整体和关键部位的受载荷变形量以及应力分布情况进行了定量评价,精确认识了取门装置各部件结构的力学性能,对今后改进设计具有指导意义。
The main function of 7 m coke oven coke blocker door pickup device is to open and close the door of coking chamber on the coke side of 7 m coke oven.From the working principle,two limit conditions in the working process are identified:taking down the door and hanging the door back to the initial position.By means of finite element analysis,the deformation of the whole and key parts of the door picking device and the stress distribution under the two extreme working conditions are quantitatively evaluated,and the mechanical properties of each component of the door picking device are accurately understood,which is of guidance for future design improvement.
