摘要
某型纯电变速器在差速器耐久试验过程中,差速器发生异响,拆机后发现右半轴齿轮与差速器后壳体磨损粘连,近销端行星齿轮高温色变,中间支撑块局部高温色变,远销端行星齿轮与行星齿轮轴烧结无法拆解。从零件失效模式及设计原理方面进行分析发现,各磨损部位的设计间隙不合适、差速器润滑油道油孔不合理、差速器耐久试验工况过于单一。从以上三个方面进行优化,优化后的变速器进行差速耐久试验及稳态耐久试验,试验过程中未发生类似问题。
A pure electric transmission in the differential endurance test process,differential noise,disassembly found that the right half shaft gear and differential rear shell wear adhesion,near the pin end of the planetary gear high temperature discoloration,the middle support block local high temperature discoloration,far pin end of the planetary gear and planetary gear shaft sintering can not be disassembled.The analysis of the failure mode and design principle of the parts revealed that the design clearance of each wear part was not suitable,the oil hole of the differential lubricant channel was not reasonable,and the endurance test condition of the differential was too single.The optimized transmission was subjected to differential endurance test and steady-state endurance test,and no similar problems occurred during the test.
