摘要
针对某具体工程多段高空中空结构的不规则和大跨度等特点,在分析各类支模架搭设方案适用性的基础上,提出并确定采用工字钢桁架平台悬空主梁支撑体系。在理论分析和数值模拟验证可靠性的前提下,阐述施工过程中各关键工序的施工工艺,验证该体系在工程中实施的有效性。总结的施工经验可为后续同类工程提供借鉴。
In view of the irregular and large-span characteristics of a multi-segment high-altitude hollow structure in a specific project, based on the analysis of the applicability of various formwork erection schemes, the Ⅰ-shaped steel truss platform suspended main beam support system is proposed and determined. On the premise of the reliability verified by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, the construction technology of each key process in the construction process is expounded, and the effectiveness of the system in the project is verified. The construction experience summarized can be used as reference for subsequent similar projects.
