摘要 普通叠合板在施工过程中容易开裂导致构件返厂,且板下支撑较多、支模架搭设工作量大,均会延长装配式建筑的施工周期,因此预应力混凝土钢管桁架叠合板(PK板)应运而生。首先通过现场堆载试验,制作相应q-f曲线,验证了PK板具有良好的受弯和抗裂性能,初步得出PK板下临时支撑设置的要求,然后通过计算进一步确定了板下临时支撑的设置原则,最后结合构件的设计原则和项目现场情况,提出了PK板规范的施工方案,为后续同类项目提供参考。 Ordinary laminated plates are easy to crack during construction, leading to the return of components to the factory,and there are many supports under the plates and a large amount of formwork erection work, which prolongs the construction period of prefabricated buildings. Therefore, the prestressed concrete steel pipe truss laminated plates(PK plates) came into being. Firstly, through the onsite stacking load test, the corresponding q-f curve is made to verify that the PK plate has good bending and crack resistance performance, and the preliminary requirements for the setting of temporary support under the PK plate are obtained. Secondly, the setting principle of temporary support under the plate is further determined through calculation. Finally, combined with the design principle of components and the on-site situation of the project, the construction scheme of PK plate specification is put forward. It provides reference for similar projects in the future.
