摘要
分析了某粉喷桩复合地基建筑物产生倾斜沉降的原因,介绍了截桩迫降应力解除法在工程中的应用,通过合理控制截桩顺序、数量和分布,结合监测数据分析,使建筑物倾斜率由0.75%回倾至0.22%,满足规范及建筑物使用功能要求。总结的施工经验可供类似工程借鉴。
The causes of inclined settlement of a powder jet grouting pile composite foundation building are analyzed, and the stress relief method of forced settlement by pile cutting applied in engineering is introduced. By reasonably controlling the sequence, quantity and distribution of pile cutting, and combined with the analysis of monitoring data, the inclination rate of the building was tilted back from 0.75% to 0.22%, which met the requirements of specifications and building functions. The construction experience summarized can be used as reference for similar projects.
