摘要 结合城市核心区市政工程管线改迁、新建等施工面临的作业场地受限、施工作业面较小的难题,以及施工对环境的影响需尽可能小等要求,综合考虑工程位置、场地布置、地质环境等条件,系统研究了预制钢沉井在工厂内分块分段制作、现场焊接拼装下沉等一系列的关键施工控制技术,并建立了沉井施工过程自动化监测体系,有效确保了施工过程中结构本体与周边环境安全,为后续类似工程的施工提供了参考经验。 In view of the difficulties faced by the relocation and new construction of municipal engineering pipelines in the core area of the city, such as the limited operation site, the small construction operation surface, and the requirement that the impact of construction on the environment should be as small as possible, and taking into account the project location, site layout, geological environment and other conditions, a series of key construction control technologies, such as the block and section production of prefabricated steel caisson in the factory, on-site welding, assembly and sinking,are systematically studied. An automatic monitoring system is established for the construction process of open caisson,which effectively ensures the safety of the structure and the surrounding environment during the construction process. It provides reference experience for the subsequent construction of similar projects.
