摘要
以上海S4公路奉浦东桥项目为背景,介绍了一种基于既有水中承台的高墩空心立柱施工工艺,详细介绍了水中高立柱施工工艺及部署,包括安全防护架、塔吊及其钢结构基础、布料机及其高支架等一系列配套设施,同时对空心薄壁立柱施工过程中,钢筋、模板、混凝土施工过程中的质量控制、细节控制等进行优化总结,以期为类似工程施工提供参考。
Taking the East Fengpu bridge project of Shanghai S4 highway as the background, a construction technology of high pier hollow column is introduced on basis of the existing underwater pile cap, and the construction technology and deployment of high column in water is detailed, including a series of supporting facilities such as safety protection frame, tower crane and its steel structure foundation, distributor and its high support. At the same time, the quality control and detail control in the construction of reinforcement, formwork and concrete during the construction of hollow thinwalled columns are optimized and summarized, so as to provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
