“华龙一号”内层安全壳穹顶土建施工关键技术

摘要 结合“华龙一号”核反应堆土建工程,对核反应堆内层安全壳穹顶分层分段、钢筋绑扎,模板体系、混凝土施工等关键技术进行研究应用。优化了分层分段,避免了穹顶施工对后续冷、热试造成影响;解决了钢筋施工难点,保证了钢筋施工质量;设计了全新的模板和挂架体系,确保了施工顺畅有序;制定了半球形结构混凝土专项施工措施,提高了穹顶混凝土的密实性。总结的经验可为后续同类型堆型新建工程提供参考。 Combined with the civil engineering of "Hualong One" nuclear reactor, the key technologies such as layered and segmented dome of the inner containment of nuclear reactor, reinforcement binding, formwork system, concrete construction and so on are studied and applied. The layering and segmentation are optimized to avoid the influence of dome construction on the subsequent cold and hot test;It solves the difficulties of reinforcement construction and ensures the quality of reinforcement construction;A new formwork and pylon system are designed to ensure smooth and orderly construction;Special construction measures for hemispherical structure concrete are formulated to improve the compactness of dome concrete. The experience summarized can provide reference for subsequent new projects of the same type of reactor.
