摘要
为明确钢板组合梁斜拉桥主梁外挂式钢锚箱受力性能,采用通用有限元软件Ansys开展了锚固区局部空间实体有限元分析。结果表明,拉索的水平分力造成钢锚箱与腹板连接处存在向外或向内发生横桥向鼓出的效应,进而在连接处产生应力集中现象。根据数值分析结果,采取了增设加劲肋、对锚箱底板裁切倒角、增加锚固区局部腹板厚度等措施,对钢锚箱锚固区进行了构造优化,优化后钢锚箱与主梁腹板连接处的应力集中区域大大减小,应力峰值有所降低。研究得出的钢锚箱受力特性及相应构造优化措施可为同类工程提供借鉴。
To clarify the mechanical performance of the external steel anchor box of main beam of steel plate composite beam cable-stayed bridge, the finite element analysis of local spatial entity of anchorage zone is carried out by the general finite element software ANSYS. The results show that the horizontal component of the cable causes the steel anchor box to bulge outward or inward at the connection between the steel anchor box and the web, and then produces the phenomenon of stress concentration at the connection. According to the results of numerical analysis, the measures such as adding stiffeners, chamfering the bottom plate of the anchor box, and increasing the thickness of the local web of the anchorage zone are taken to optimize the structure of the anchorage zone of the steel anchor box. After optimization, the stress concentration area at the connection between the steel anchor box and the web of the main beam is greatly reduced, and the peak stress is reduced. The stress characteristics of the steel anchor box and the corresponding structural optimization measures can be used as reference for similar projects.
