体育法视角下凯里舟溪甘囊香芦笙堂“石头法”考释

A Textual Research on the“Stone Method”of Lusheng Hall in Gannangxiang,Zhouxi,Kaili from the Perspective of Sports Law

运用文献资料、实地考察、历史分析等方法,解读甘囊香芦笙堂“永垂不朽”石碑。该石碑是一部维护苗族跳月习俗的“石头法”,类似于体育竞赛规程,用于调整和控制跳月求偶秩序及其他体育活动。通过对甘囊香芦笙堂“石头法”分析,可以从中窥见体育法的原初形态。

By using the methods of literature,field investigation and historical analysis,this paper interprets the“immortal”stone tablet of Gannangxiang Lusheng hall.The stone tablet is a“Stone Law”to maintain the Miao people’s custom of jumping to the moon,which is similar to the rules of sports competition.It is used to adjust and control the order of courtship and other sports activities.Through the analysis of the“stone method”of Gannangxiang Lusheng hall,we can see the original form of sports method.
