摘要
贵州民族地区的双语教育主要针对苗族、侗族、布依族、彝族等少数民族开展,经过70年的发展,有效提升了民族地区少数民族群众的文化水平,形成了成熟的双语教育类型和有效的教学经验,并推动民族语文教材的编译工作取得长足的进步,促进了少数民族非物质文化遗产的保护与传承。但也存在一些问题,如对双语教育能否促进学生发展的认识存在误区,对双语教育保护和传承民族文化的认识不足,对双语教育改革创新的力度不够,双语师资力量严重不足等。应坚持贯彻落实党的民族政策和国家相关法律法规,正确处理民族语文与国家通用语言文字的关系,加强新时代双语教材和读物的编译工作,针对民族地区出台双语人才培养政策,加强民族语言资源的保护、开发和传承工作,推动贵州民族地区双语教育持续健康发展,铸牢中华民族共同体意识。
Bilingual education in guizhou minority areas mainly in view of the miao,dong,buyi,yi ethnic minority,after 70 years of development,effectively promoted the cultural level of the ethnic minority people,formed a mature types of bilingual education and effective teaching experience,and promote the national language teaching material compilation achieved great progress,It has promoted the protection and inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities.But there are also some problems,such as the misunderstanding of whether bilingual education can promote the development of students,the lack of understanding of bilingual education to protect and inherit national culture,the lack of bilingual education reform and innovation,bilingual teachers and so on.Should adhere to the implementation of the party’s ethnic policy and the relevant national laws and regulations,correctly handle the relationship between the national language and national general language,strengthen the compilation of bilingual textbooks and reading new era,according to the policy of bilingual talents cultivation in national regions,strengthen the protection and inheritance of national language resources,and promote the sustained and healthy development of bilingual education in ethnic minority areas of guizhou,To build a bridge for forging the sense of community of the Chinese nation.
