乙烯装置循环水换热器内漏问题探讨

DISCUSSION ON INTERNAL LEAKAGE OF CIRCULA-TING WATER HEAT EXCHANGER IN ETHYLENE PLANT

介绍了中沙(天津)石化有限公司1300 kt/a乙烯装置循环水换热器的运行情况及出现的问题,通过对该乙烯装置所用循环水水质及内漏换热器材质的分析,找出了循环水换热器内漏的主要原因,制定了相应的措施,缓解了循环水换热器的内漏。

This paper introduces the operation and the problems in the circulating water heat exchanger in the 1300 kt/a ethylene plant at SINOPEC SABIC Tianjin Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.Through the analysis of the quality of circulating water and the material of heat exchanger with internal leakage,the main reasons for the internal leakage of circulating water heat exchanger were found,and corresponding measures were formulated to alleviate the internal leakage of circulating water heat exchanger.
