摘要
介绍了糠醛选择性加氢合成四氢糠醛的3种催化剂材料的发展情况,分析了这些催化剂的催化性能以及载体、助剂和溶剂对催化性能的影响,同时指出了开发成本较低加氢活性金属以及寻找无化学吸附糠醛的C=O基团能力的载体和助剂是糠醛选择性加氢合成四氢糠醛催化剂今后的研究方向。此外,选择能够抑制糠醛的C=O吸附到催化剂的溶剂对提高催化剂的催化性能有显著作用。
The development of three catalyst for selective hydrogenation of furfural to tetrahydrofurfural was introduced in this paper,and the catalytic properties of these catalysts,as well as the effects of supports,co-catalysts and solvents on the catalytic properties were also analyzed.Based on the analysis,it is pointed out that the development of low cost hydrogenation active metals,and the search for carries and promoter that do not have the the chemisorption capacity of furfural C=O groups will be further research directions.In addition,choosing a solvent that can inhibit the adsorption of the C=O group of furfural onto the catalyst may have a significant impact on improving the catalytic performance of the catalyst.
