摘要
某公司生产过程中,发现某零部件的连接杆螺栓断裂。通过宏观检验、硬度测试、化学成分分析、拉伸试验、金相检验、断口分析和氢含量测试等,对连接杆螺栓断裂的原因进行了系统分析。结果表明:连接杆螺栓断裂属于氢脆延迟断裂,生产过程中原材料混料是导致氢脆断裂发生的原因,根据事故原因提出了相关建议,以确保产品质量满足使用要求。
It was found that the bolt for a connecting rod of a part was broken in the process. The fracture causes of the bolts were systematically analyzed by means of macro inspection, hardness test, chemical composition analysis, tensile test, metallographic inspection, fracture analysis and hydrogen content test. The results show that the fracture belongs to hydrogen induced delayed fracture, and the mixture of raw materials in the production process is the cause of hydrogen embrittlement fracture. Relevant suggestions have been put forward according to the failure causes to ensure that the product quality meets the use requirements.
