改善钢种35MnBH加热工艺实践

Practice of Improving Reheating Process for Steel 35MnBH

摘要 通过对钢种35MnBH加热工艺实践,探索铸坯在加热过程产生的脱碳和钢坯在加热炉均热段温度、第二加段温度、第一加段温度以及钢坯在高温段与在炉时间的关系。实验数据发现:均热段温度对脱碳影响最大,第二加段温度次之,第一加段温度比第二加段温度弱,高温段在炉时间影响最小。 The relationship between the decarburization of the blooms in the reheating process and the temperature of the blooms in the soaking section, the temperature of the second reheating section, the temperature of the first reheating section and the time of the blooms in the high temperature section was explored through the practice of reheating process for steel 35 MnBH, From the experimental data, it is found that the temperature of soaking stage has the greatest influence on decarbonization, followed by the temperature of the second reheating stage. The temperature of the first reheating stage is weaker than that of the second reheating stage, and the time of the high temperature stage has the least influence.
