摘要
利用激光测速装置,对轧件进行实时速度检测信息和轧件长度检测信息,可以解决大盘卷生产线卷取机上游飞剪由于轧件速度检测偏差大导致的控制不稳定,消除飞剪切头和切尾时产生的短钢,有效避免因短钢进入轧线通道引起的生产中断事故。同时,利用激光测速装置的轧件长度信息,可以精确地实现轧件头部的跟踪,使轧件头部在卷取机的定位准确。
Taking advantage of the real-time rolling speed and the rolling material length from the laser velocity measurement device, the instability of the flying shear due to the big offset of the detected rolling speed can be solved, which helps avoid the undesirable short rolling piece getting into the following stands, which may cause the rolling interruption. And the rolling piece length from the laser velocity measurement device can be used to accurately realize the bar head tracking and head positioning inside the coiling machine.
