摘要
采用CAD模拟机械运动轨迹等方法,通过调整现有棒材打捆成型器的油缸行程、连杆铰接点位置及连杆长度等措施,实现成型器自适应捆径功能:不同捆径的捆包上方45°角的位置在同一条垂线上,不同捆径的捆包为圆形或近似圆形。
This article adopts methods such as using CAD to simulate mechanical motion trajectory and measures such as adjusting the cylinder stroke, position of hinge point and length of connecting rod of the existing bar bundling shaper, to realize the function of bar bundling shaper: self-adapting to the diameter of bundles, namely each point where outer circle of bundle with different bundle diameter and bundling radius at an angle of 45 degrees from the horizontal intersect is on the same vertical line, bundles with different bundle diameter are round or approximately round.
