浮针配合中药外洗治疗踝关节创伤性关节炎临床观察

Clinical observation on floating needle combined with external washing of Chinese medicine in the treatment of traumatic arthritis of ankle joint

目的:观察浮针配合中药外洗治疗踝关节创伤性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将52例踝关节创伤性关节炎患者按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组26例。对照组予中药外洗治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合浮针治疗。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后踝关节疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、踝关节活动度(ROM)、中医证候评分。结果:两组各脱落2例,本研究最终48例。治疗前,两组VAS评分、ROM、中医证候评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组总有效率为91.7%,对照组总有效率为62.5%,观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);两组疼痛VAS评分、ROM、中医证候评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:浮针配合中药外洗可有效治疗踝关节创伤性关节炎,缓解疼痛,增大踝关节活动范围,改善踝关节运动功能。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of floating needle combined with external washing therapy of Chinese medicine in the treatment of traumatic arthritis of the ankle joint.Methods:A total of 52 patients with traumat⁃ic ankle arthritis were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 26 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale(VAS)score of ankle joint pain,ankle joint range of motion(ROM)and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.Results:There were total⁃ly 48 patients involved in this study after 2 patients in each group dropped out.Before the treatment,there was no signif⁃icant difference in VAS score,ROM,and TCM syndrome score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the to⁃tal effective rate was 91.7%in the observation group and 62.5%in the control group(P<0.05);VAS scores,ROM,and TCM syndrome scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Floating needle combined with external washing therapy of Chinese medi⁃cine can effectively treat traumatic arthritis of the ankle joint,relieve pain,increase the range of motion of the ankle joint,and improve the motor function of the ankle joint.
