基于乡村振兴战略的新型职业农民培育体系构建——以汕头地区为例

Construction of a New Farmers’Cultivation System Based on Rural Revitalization Strategy——A Case Study of Shantou

基于乡村振兴战略,国家投入大量的资金与政策支持,稳步开展新型职业农民培育工作,取得了一系列成效,但也存在一些问题。具体到汕头市,在新型职业农民培育实践中,培育体系不完善、重“培”轻“育”、经费及其他保障措施不足、普及度低等问题极大程度制约了新型职业农民培育工作的开展。构建汕头市新型职业农民培育体系,应当重点加强市域层次的规划设计,夯实培育体系基础;融合多元教育培训资源,打造培育共同体;建立健全培育机制;融合创新创业教育,形成培育品牌;建立和完善以新型职业农民满意度为导向的培育评价体系。

Enormous funds and initiated policies have been invested and made to carry out rural revitalization strategy and educate new farmers in China.However,there are some problems with respect with coordination mechanism,education model,follow-up services,funds and other safeguard measures.To address the gap,some suggestions are put forward,including top planning design,integration of diversified resources,development of training community,there are some other recommendations in terms of solid mechanism,integration of innovation and entrepreneurship,and customer-targeted assessment are also put forward.
