大数据和人工智能技术正在助力我国法律实务进行一场“技术革命”。在当前时代背景下,大数据分析和智能法律服务相结合,使得越来越多的法律科技产品层出不穷,“法律+AI”的发展趋势日渐明显,法律科技产品的广泛使用亦大力推进了“智慧法院”“智慧检务”“智能化律所”的建设。实践证明,目前法律科技产品作为重要的办案辅助工具,正在逐步取代部分低端劳动力,但无法完全替代法官、检察官、律师等成为法律实务的主导者。

Big data and AI technologies are helping our country’s legal practice to carry out a"technological revolution".In the current era,the combination of big data analysis and intelligent legal services makes more and more legal technology products emerge one after another.The development trend of"law+AI"is becoming increasingly obvious.The widespread use of legal technology products also vigorously promotes the construction of"intelligent court","intelligent inspection"and"intelligent law firm".Practice has proved that legal technology products,as the important auxiliary tools in case handling,are gradually replacing some low-end labor force,but they cannot completely replace judges,prosecutors,lawyers and so on to become the dominant player in legal practice.
